Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? You may find the answer below.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is strongly recommended as classes have limited spaces. You can reserve your spot by visiting our Book Trial page or by using the Contact page to enquire about regular class bookings.
Is Pregnancy Yoga safe throughout all trimesters?
The Pregnancy Yoga class is designed to be suitable at any stage of pregnancy, but we always advise that you consult your midwife or GP before beginning a new exercise programme. Please inform the teacher of your stage of pregnancy before each class.
I have never done yoga before — which class should I try?
Beginners Yoga is the natural starting point. It is specifically structured to introduce foundational postures and breathing with no prior experience required. You can also book a trial class if you would like to try it at an introductory rate first.
Who teaches at Harbour Yoga Studio?
Our classes are led by Maya Collins and the wider Harbour teaching team. You can read more about them on the Teachers page.
Can I switch between class styles?
Absolutely. All class passes and memberships can be used across any style on the timetable, so you are free to mix Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Beginners and Pregnancy Yoga as suits your needs.
